The Trout To Tarpon name is a Idea and Vision about a Vermont guide starting out guiding for beautiful trout of Vermont and moving up the ranks of fish size to finally be a professional world fishing guide ready to guide you to BIG FISH like!! Tarpon, Timin, Salmon, Steelhead, Tuna, Redfish, you get the picture!
I am privileged to offer top-quality guided fly fishing trips on some of Vermont's Best Waters:
Winooski, Lamoille, Ottercreek and shallow back water bays of Lake Champlain. I will guide you to Trout, Bass, Carp, Pike, Bowfin(dogfish), or sunfish and other Panfish if you would like an evening fishfry. Plus I am always working on my Walleye tactics . I can also show you how to clean and fillet your catch. Plus I have some great recipes.
(NEW!!! this year, offering guided Ice fishing trips on the lake and surrounding ponds. For Perch, Pike, Pickerel, Bluegills, ?Walleye? etc..)
You will be guided by professional guide and instructor Aaron Tudhope. With over 20 years fishing experience on Lake Champlain and 5 seasons of fly fishing guiding and instruction. Volunteering at yearly events such as DOE camp as the fishing instructor (fly/conventional tackle) put on by VOGA.ORG (Vermont Outdoor Guide Association), also a volunteer for the Grand Isle Fishing Festival as The Fish Fileter.
So Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn or an experienced fisherman getting out for a day or 2 of your vacation, Trout To Tarpon wants to you provide the expertise, patience, and fun attitude to teach you how to be a superior angler. So you can improve your catch rate.
And soon to offer by special request to interesting and amazing destinations around the world. Such as Mongolia For Timin and Florida For Redfish, Tarpon and Snook.
